We offer a variety of classes that accommodate athletes at every fitness level. Try traditional CrossFit or specialty courses like yoga, Kilo, and Pulse!   • CrossFit Group Classes

    Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. For this 1-hour class, you could be working on pull-ups, rowing, burpees, and much more. Every WOD is different so you never get bored! We scale each exercise to your fitness level, so you get the maximum workout every time.

  • Rowing

    This class will run from November 4, 2017  though January 27, 2018, finishing off with the “Beach Sprints” event in Long Beach on February 3rd, 2018

    This ALL LEVELS rowing class is designed specifically to prepare Athletes for a 2,000m Race on a Concept2 rower. Athletes will improve conditioning and rowing technique, as well as learn strategies and tactics for a 2,000m Race. You’ll learn how to read and understand the rower monitor and use it as a tool to see how you’re performing throughout the race and training.

    • Non-CFBH Member: 10-Week $250, 5-Week $175
    • Single Class: $25

    This is a 45-minute non-barbell class, programmed with the cardio enthusiast in mind. It’s open to athletes at EVERY FITNESS LEVEL and does not require any prerequisite classes. Each session consists of high-intensity interval training for a calorie-burning workout like you’ve never seen before. Be prepared: Every athlete is given a MyZone heart rate monitor to wear for the duration of the class.

  • KILO – Olympic Weightlifting Club

    Kilo is a 90-minute hands-on barbell class that aims to improve one’s Snatch and Clean and Jerk lifts. At its core, this course focuses on improving speed, timing, power, and strength. Whether you’re looking to perfect your technique or pursue lifting as a sport, this course is for you. All fitness levels are welcome!

  • Personal Training

    Nothing gets you to your goals faster than personal training. Our experienced coaches will dive into your specific needs and meet 1-on-1 to create optimal workouts that drive your success. We offer personal training in 30-minute or 1-hour slots.

  • Yoga

    Yoga is a great complement to our CrossFit training because it increases strength, mobility, flexibility, and balance — all things you’ll need to get the most out of your CrossFit workouts! Enjoy the mind-body connection the vinyasa flow brings so you can really tune into your fitness. Each class is 60-minutes long.

  • Fundamentals

    This is a course consisting of four 1-on-1 classes. In each session, you will learn about the fundamental movements of CrossFit. One of our coaches will arrange the sessions with you to match your schedule so you can get started with CrossFit right away. Our absolute highest priority is making sure you learn and execute all movements safely and efficiently. You can be confident we will not push you to the next exercise until we make sure you are ready. You’ll never need to worry about the risk of serious injury because CrossFit Belmont Heights will teach you every proper movement and lift before we increase intensity or add weight.
